In Fallen, you find yourself in a barren desert wasteland with no purpose. That is until you come across a little town on the horizon that needs your help. Talk to people and figure out what they need, and complete their quests as you go, such as herding a distressed farmer's goats, finding herbs for an exhausted nurse and getting alcohol for an alcoholic bartender. Despite your charity, your actions quickly spiral out of control when the bartender gets alcohol poisoning and you stumble across a knife that just so happens to be laying about.
