Video Games Studio and BAFTA YGD workshop at Dare ProtoPlay

Rules

Attendees must be aged 11-16 and have the consent of a parent or guardian to
participate in this workshop. Winners must be able to attend and participate in each day of the Video Games Studio, held at Caird Hall, Dundee from 10-12 August, and will be responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodation, if needed. Tickets cannot be transferred to a third party.

About Dare Video Games Studio

Presented by the centre of Excellence in Computer Games Education at Abertay University and BAFTA Young Game Designers.

This 3 day workshop, including a FREE BAFTA Young Games Designers session, will give you first-hand experience of video games creation and the skills that will help you think of a future career in the video games industry, and is suitable for any game enthusiast aged 11-16. Through hands-on activities, short presentations and mentored group work you will be provided with the knowledge and tools to be able to create a simple video game of your own design. No prior experience required.
